      PDF Lighter collects, stores and transmits no personal data.
      The app doesn't even need an Internet connection to work.
    

File processing

Compression of your PDFs happens entirely on your device (iPhone or Mac). Your files never leave the device: they are not sent to any server, neither to us nor to a third party.

Data collected

None. PDF Lighter uses no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and creates no account. We do not collect your name, your email address, your location, or any device identifier.

Third-party services

The app embeds no third-party tracking SDK. The optional “Support me” button simply opens a PayPal page in your browser; using it is entirely your choice and is governed by PayPal's own privacy policy.

Children

Since the app collects no data, it can be used safely by everyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
