How do I get my Amazon data?

  1. Sign in to Amazon and open Request My Data (amazon.fr · amazon.com · amazon.co.uk · amazon.de).
  2. Choose the Your Orders category and submit, then confirm with the link Amazon emails you.
  3. Wait. Amazon prepares the file — usually a few hours, sometimes a couple of days.
  4. Download the ZIP and open it in the app. Don't unzip it: the app reads it as-is.

Frequently asked

Which file do I import?
The ZIP, exactly as Amazon sent it (Your Orders.zip). The app finds the orders, refunds, returns, cart and invoices inside on its own.

Where do the categories come from?
Amazon's export contains no category, so the app works them out from the product names on your device. It's a best guess: some items land in “Other”.

Why don't my totals match Amazon's?
Cancelled orders are excluded (they were never charged), and Amazon's refund file repeats rows, which the app collapses. Gift cards and some marketplace orders can also carry no price in the export.

Some orders have no invoice.
Amazon doesn't issue a PDF invoice for every order. The app shows the ones your export contains.

Does my data leave my device?
No. Ever. See the privacy policy.

What does Pro add?
One Amazon account is free, with every feature. Pro loads several accounts — yours and your household's, or amazon.fr and amazon.com — and shows each one on its own or all of them added up. One payment, no subscription.
